Preorder Options

• $0 down preorders require no initial deposits. Customer balance remittances are processed upon fulfillment to our supply facility.
• Full payment preorders are paid upfront. After stock fulfillment, purchases are processed and shipped immediately.
• Specific preorders will require Non-Refundable Deposits (NRDs) not more than 15% of the item's purchase price.

Preorder Guidelines

• Preorders may be canceled at any time prior to balance remittance.
• Payments not subject to
  NRDs are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Deposits

• NRDs cannot be refunded or transferred to another item if the order is canceled by the client.
• NRDs will be refunded automatically when products are subject to manufacture and/or distributor cancelations.
• NRDs are not more than 15% of the item's purchase price.
